Our properties are located on the beautiful island of Topsail Beach. If you dream of a relaxing vacation without the crowds but want options for non-beach days, look no further! We have oceanfront, ocean view or sound front properties for the guests looking for a place to hear the waves crash as they sleep, or for the avid fisherman or kayaker with dock and sound access! We promise you will fall in love with either view, too! Set your alarm for the sunrise over the ocean or grab a glass of wine to soak in the sunset in the evening! Maybe even plan a proposal (it has happened!) or schedule a family session with one of Topsail's local photographers!

- Penthouse Condo: Pool, direct beach access, 3rd floor, no elevator;
- Accessible Condo: Pool, direct beach access, 1st floor, ramp access to parking lot and pool, 5 steps to beach;
-2 bd/1ba Duplex: Front and back deck, shared dock, 2 minutes from public beach access.
- 3bd/2ba Duplexes: Front and back deck, shared dock, 5 minutes from public beach access
-Surf City House: 3 bd, 1.5ba, with extra bonus room with twins. Plenty of sitting areas for larger families or group gatherings! Enjoy the private backyard with an outside shower and 2 minutes to the public beach access.
Note: All renters are responsible to purchase their own Travel Insurance.
